Laser Facelift

For those not keen on the idea of traditional invasive facelift surgery, a laser facelift is an option worth considering.

Utilising the most up-to-date advances in laser technology, the Precision TX, the laser facelift offers a safe and effective alternative to traditional surgery. The innovative SideLaze-800 employs a laser beam that dissolves any excess fat and tightens the overlying skin at the same time. In terms of facial contouring, this means that heavy jowls can be eradicated and a tauter, more lifted jaw line produced.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic. First, Mr Shaaban will mark and photograph the area to be treated, before a local anaesthetic solution is injected through tiny incisions. Once the area is numb, a small laser probe is inserted through these same tiny incisions and the laser energy is delivered into the layers of tissue. Mr Shaaban advises patients to wear a compression garment for a few weeks after the procedure to maximise the result.

As well as dissolving fat and tightening the skin, the laser facelift also stimulates the production of collagen fibres, so over time the patient will see a beautiful and natural-looking result. There is also the added advantage of less downtime and no scarring.

Mr Hassan Shaaban is at the forefront of laser plastic surgery and introduced the Precision technique to the UK in 2012. However, as a consultant plastic surgeon, Mr Hassan Shaaban has all the necessary skills and experience to evaluate patients and determine whether they will benefit most from either a laser or traditional facelift surgery.

The Precision Laser Facelift truly represents a breakthrough in the field of plastic surgery.
